To qualify for Low Income Rate,
please present proof of participation in one or more of the
following: Food Stamps, Section 8 Public Housing, SSI, SSD, WIC, TennCare, Medicaid,
or
ADFC.
The Clinic Spay
/ Neuter service includes:
Spay or Neuter Surgery, Overall
Exam, Fecal Check / Intestinal De-Worming, Ear Check & Cleaning,
Long Lasting Antibiotic Injection, Pain Injection, Spay or Neuter Certificate, Health Report Card.
